The course at Uttoxeter in Staffordshire is a national hunt course which is a left handed oval circuit that is just over one mile and two furlongs in circumference. The stands here are very close to the track which adds to the atmosphere.
The course hosts around 25 race meetings per year which run from January through to December. The standout meetings are the Midlands Grand National Chase Handicap which attracts many of the country’s top performers; it is a listed race that takes place annually in March. Another race to keep an eye on is the Britannia English Summer National which is in June.
